Challenge #1: Star Challenge
STAR CHALLENGE PROMPT:
Stars are such versatile embellishments. We use them on layouts about holidays (Christmas, Fourth of July), people (rock star, award winner, child), and events (contests, concerts, camping trips). For this challenge, use your creative talents to make one or more special star embellishments for a one- or two-page layout. Materials you might try: felt, fabric, chipboard, corrugated cardstock, floss, twine, ribbon, bling, and more...be a creative star!
PRIZE:
• an assortment of star-themed products
• one winner will be chosen at random
INSPIRATION & RECOGNITION:
• two to three layouts will be selected and featured on the SG blog sometime in May
HOW TO ENTER:
• in a comment on this blog post, link your layout (on your blog, in an online gallery, on Facebook, etc.)
• layout link must be provided by midnight (CST) on Sunday, May 5
• everyone is eligible to enter
• winner announced Monday, May 6
• if you are unable to link your project through any other method, send the layout in an email titled "star challenge" to debbie@scrapbookgeneration.com

Here's my Star challenge entry. I made these stars by punching from different colors and layering with pop dots, and then used an enamel dot in the middle.
