Three Bugs in a Rug! Four cute collections just perfect for pages about your favorite little ones. I love this time of year when all the new CHA goodies are starting to arrive. Keep checking back for more new arrivals, and I'll keep you posted on what is coming in next.

Four cute collections arrived today from Three Bugs in a Rug. They're perfect for playful pictures of little boys and little girls! I'll post photos on Thursday.

And don't forget, Thursday night the Designers Challenge Club members will meet to display and discuss their January projects!

The new Graphic 45 collections are here, and if you are a fan, I know that you'll love them as much as you loved their earlier releases. Stop by and enjoy these collections: A Proper Gentleman, Le' Romantique, and On the Boardwalk!

Graphic 45 just arrived! We should have all three collections out on the shelves and ready for purchase by 4 pm.

These are the three layouts we'll be making Saturday, February 20 in the free "Super-Saver Scrapbooking" sessions. I had lots of fun making the models -- love the glittery paper, the foil accent paper, and especially the giant shimmery die-cut snowflake. Add in the 12x12 sheet of glitter titles, journaling tags, and snowflakes, and this is total scrapbooking heaven! We're adding in snow-white tulle, sheer white ribbon, and a pewter snowflake brad, and you'll have three gorgeous layouts in less than an hour and a half!

The best part of our "Super-Savers" is the friendly-to-your-pocketbook price-- only $9, the cost of the materials!

I wanted to show you a photo of the layout we'll be making in the "Vintage Treasures" class this month. The papers are by Graphic 45, and we'll be adding in a red metal buckle by 7Gypsies. However, the most fun part of the layout is learning how to use the Tim Holtz Perfect Pearls pigment powders! We'll be stamping several images for the layout, and learning two creative (and easy!) ways to use the pigment powders to add a little glamour and interest to your creations.

The class is offered Thursday, Feb. 18 at 2 pm and Monday, Feb. 22 at 6 pm. The fee is $15.

We've been working on spring retreat details today, and I didn't realize we had so many states that would be represented at one of our three "Party Like a Crop Star" retreats in March. There will be scrapbookers attending from Arkansas, Louisiana, Arizona, Indiana, Georgia, Texas, and Illinois! We may need to work on the Missouri delegation, or we could be outnumbered!

If you aren't already signed up, we're still registering people for our March 12-14, March 19-21, and March 26-28 retreats. Hope you can join us. We have an easy payment plan that is explained in an earlier post.

Lots of little bits of information today...

-- Allison's layout for Thursday night's "Tim Holtz Techniques" #6 is beautiful! I've used the rock candy Stickles and rock candy Distress Crackle Paint myself, and love the effect you get from them. It's not too late to sign up for the class held at 6 pm on Thursday and 2 pm on Monday!

-- The Graphic 45 order shipped today, so Friday or Monday is a pretty good guess for arrival time!

-- Allison and I spent the last couple of days picking out papers and other goodies for our retreat classes, and we both have a heavy emphasis on new techniques and products from the Tim Holtz lines of paints, inks, and other items. We'll have photos on the website as soon as possible.

-- We're still signing up people for the three spring retreats! We hope that the new payment plan (see a previous post here) will make it easy for all of you who want to attend to be able to do so. We do, however, need to get final numbers as soon as possible in order to complete the personalized items that we always create to go with our theme. If you want to "Party Like a Crop Star," then we know just the place for you the weekends of March 12, 19, or 26! If you have questions, let us know how we can clear things up for you.

The new My Mind's Eye is ready and waiting! I'll let the photos speak for themselves! Something new and different for MME is the inclusion of flocked chipboard albums and matching goodies in six color groups.
