Here's a reminder about special hours this week:

• Wednesday, Jan. 1 -- closed.
Website progress:
The new website is almost ready to go. Stacey has literally been working around the clock to try to get the thousands of products loaded into the new site, and we have come to the point where we know that not everything will be entered in time for our self-imposed deadline of January 1. We wanted to have the online store fully-stocked the first time it's made public, but we're going to to have to go with partially-stocked with more to come each day. The new store is going to have to be a work-in-progress for a while!
Magazine progress:
We're still on target to launch Scrapbook Generation's CREATE, a free digital magazine, on Monday, January 13. So many people have worked hard to make this first (huge!) issue a success, including our own CREATE team, and the Fancy Pants design team, led by owner Jodi Sanford. The magazine will contain hundreds of layouts and cards and tags, and inspiration galore!
Magazine question for the February issue:
Each month, we'll have a question for
you to answer. We'll select as many responses as possible to feature in the February issue of CREATE.
• What style of scrapbooker are you...events (generally covering a
special activity or event with large amounts of photos) or moments
(generally telling a specific story with a small amount of photos)? Be
sure to include why you choose one style over the
other! For your answer to be published, also include your first and last
name, and your city and state (or province). We reserve the right to edit your answer for length.
• Send your email answers to karin@scrapbookgeneration.com, with "February CREATE question" in the subject line.
• Your deadline is December 31.
Submissions call for February issue:
Your submissions (based on the three sketches in this post) are due by Monday, January 6. All the details about how to submit are in the blog post. We look forward to seeing your take on SG single-layout, double-layout, and card sketches!
