Because we went through the first shipment of Project Life items so quickly, we were able to get a new supply of the core kits, pen sets, and cardstock packs -- and other goodies -- from a distritubor. If you shop our online store or here at SG, you should be able to find just about anything you're looking for!
Once this round of items is sold, we probably won't have more until later in July. Here's a link to SG's online store.

A peek inside 'One on One' sketch book
Over the next few days, we'll be sharing a peek inside SG's newest sketch book: One on One. The book features paper collections from our favorite manufacturers: Echo Park Paper, My Mind's Eye, Fancy Pants, Authentique, and American Crafts.
Today's spotlight is on American Crafts and its family of lines, including Pebbles and Crate Paper.
One on One includes 24 one-page, one-photo sketches, and 24 color layout samples by Debbie Sanders, using current, popular collections by leading scrapbooking companies. The book is available in both print and e-book forms. Click here to go to SG's online store.

Employee of the Year!
As
many of you know, it took the four of us a long, long, long, long time
before we admitted we needed help at SG in order to continue to grow.
Lindsey Amschler has been with us about a year, and she's something
else! She was sick and missed a couple of days work at the end of last
week, but came in yesterday morning for work. Long story short, she made
it as far as the chair in the lobby. I've never seen anyone so pale!
She obviously was in no shape to work, or even stand up, so I sent her right back home. She said she hated to miss work because she knew we had so much to get done.
We found out last night that she went to urgent care and now has a good supply of antibiotics! It sounds like she may be out for a while, and we'll miss her, for sure, but as I told her, the Super Sketch Club never ends! It will still be here when she gets back!
Although it took us a long time to hire someone, we couldn't have possibly done any better. Lindsey's behavior yesterday makes me feel bad about the times over my life when I may or may not have stayed home with an ailment nearing the severity level of a hangnail. She was seriously ill and still tried to get here because she didn't want to let us down. How lucky are we? Very!
So, I know you'll be with us wishing Lindsey a speedy recovery!

Fourteen new kits (13 are $10 or less!)
We've just added 14 new kits to SG's online store and 13 of them are $10 or less! In addition, we have two coordinating summer kits that have been marked down and are great deals.
Most of today's kits are in limited quantities (40 or less) or extremely limited quantities (25 or less). Because of this, purchasing must be done online at scrapbookgeneration.com -- it is the only way we can control the inventory, because with the past few kit releases, some kits have been selling out in less than two hours. Please understand that we will be unable to accept phone orders, email orders, or Facebook or blog message orders for any of these kits.
Remember that local customers can shop online and choose the free "in-store pick up" shipping option at check-out time. This allows local shoppers to purchase just as quickly as long-distance shoppers.

It's 'Sketch Week' on Allison's blog!
There's also an added bonus this month, with Katrina Hunt and Lynette Jacobs joining in the layout fun on their blogs, so hop on over to Allison's blog for close-up details of the layout above, and more info about when you can check out the layouts by Katrina and Lynette.

Now we know...
...that you absolutely love $10 layout kits! The kit release this past week was one of our quickest-selling groups ever. We've lost track of the number of phone calls and emails wondering why some of the kits aren't shown in SG's online store. The short answer? They're sold out!
We're scrambling to make more new styles in the $10-12 price range, and we'll announce them here on the blog late Monday.
To see the $10 kits (all with two or three double-page layouts) that are still available, click here.

Project Life is here!
The entire line of Project Life products (minus a few albums that are backordered) is available now at both Scrapbook Generation in Springfield, and in our online store by clicking here.
Because this has been a highly anticipated product launch, and because we have divided our first shipment between our local store and our online store, purchasing must be done in person or online. Because we will have to carefully control the inventory in this quick-moving line, please understand that we will be unable to accept phone orders, email orders, or Facebook or blog message orders.
I fully expect to sell out of some of the more popular items quickly. American Crafts' first shipment of products is sold out, and they will not be receiving more until the end of June, which means we won't be getting more until early August. If there are specific items you want and we're sold out, we'll be happy to take your list and make sure we get what you need the second time around!
Project Life just arrived via semi!
Just as soon as Karin and Stacey can get things processed, we'll have every single item in the American Crafts Project Life release in both our regular and online stores! Later today, maybe? I'll let you know the minute things are available!
