In just a couple of weeks, some of the SG staff will be attending CHA, with the new name Create-n-Connect, in Las Vegas. We'll be checking out all the new goodies, and placing orders for our expanded online store.
We'll be carrying all the popular paper collections, because that philosophy has led to a successful brick and mortar store for us. We also pledge to carry complete collections, because we know that is important to online shoppers.
We will also be carrying other items like adhesives and cardstock and flowers and tape and more, because we also know you want a full-service, one-stop shopping site.
For those of you who will be shopping online with SG once we launch our larger store, we're hoping you can take a few moments and let us know what specific "non-paper collection" items you tend to purchase online. We would also be interested in knowing what items you NEVER purchase online. Any help you can provide will be appreciated!
To answer the above questions, please email us at debbie@scrapbookgeneration.com and we'll be better prepared when it comes time to fully stock our warehouse!

Bo Bunny, thats a must!
Bazzill cardstock another must, in bulk packs as well.
MME papers. :)
Also something that a ton of on line shoppers look for is a good deal on shipping, like the recent $1.99 shipping or always offering free shipping for orders of $25 or more. Things like that. Email coupons :)
oh and everything Tim Holtz and distress :)
Collection packs. Like Echo Park, Bella blvd and Bo Bunny. I rarely buy scrapbook paper by the sheet online.
I like to order a package of the whole line of paper in a collection at once. I also like to order bulk bazzill for the background papers and always run out of my inks.
I look for great value for the money, case in point, MME I'll fly away line had an alpha set that had 8 different colors in the pack. I consider that good value. I also love things like enamel dots, brads, mists, flair and ribbon. I use this on practically every layout. I love using sketches and then jumping off and going my own way with embellishments.....I used to never use many so this is new territory for me. I would also appreciate Silhouette accessories and tools so that I can purchase those as well as other scrappy goodies. Thanks
Embossing folders, spellbinder dies, border punches, ribbon.
I am a MME, Theresa Collins and Simple Stories fan. I always buy the complete range as it is usually not available in South Africa. If you would stock Helmar Quick Dry I would be in heaven.
definitely collection packs, I rarely buy individual papers online. Ink definitely, American crafts cardstock, Simple Stories, Echo Park, Bo Bunny. Maybe some monthly deals or coupons, shipping discount.
I purchase new paper collections, adhesives, inks, cardstock packs, albums, page sleeves for albums, kits and sometimes embellishments that match the paper collections. I rarely purchase loose sheets of paper or cardstock, tools, stamps or storage items online.
Pam
Bazzill cardstock
Inks you mentions to use in your monthly kits
Button's, ribbon's, flowers to us on your monthly kits
Top of the list for me, as a Canadian, is shipping and handling costs...perhaps the cost can go down with the number of purchases ordered etc. I also have the following on my ordering wish list: Bazzill cardstock by the bulk, collection packs of any kind but particularly Simple Stories; 8.5 x 11 page protectors.
In addition to SG products, I think a lot of people now look for Art Journal items. The best Journal I have found is Dyan Reaveley's. The paper is wonderful for holding up under inks, water, paints, gesso, etc. That plus journaling pens (especially white), inks, and other items conducive to Art Journaling as they are released.
Cardstock color matches for collections! The first CKC I went to had a booth with all the Basic Grey Lines and packs of cardstock to match! I don't think you need to carry the packs of cardstock, but I would love to be able to purchase the cardstock for each line!
Whatever you girls do will be great! I just know it!
Oh, and American crafts cardstock, too - it works so well in the Cameo!
Oh...and I forgot to mention Un Du adhesive remover.
I also purchase cardstock online. And ink, there aren't a lot of places that carry a good selection of ink and also carry a decent scrapbooking selection. Especially the Hero Arts inks, I like to add one or two to my cart when a store carries them.
I tend to buy collection packs and not individual sheets of PP online.
I also don't buy a lot of cardstock online because I cant tell the "real" color. (white, kraft and black exception).
That being said, if you were to package up 3-4 colors of cardstock that matches a collection, I would buy it that way.
I think it would be awesome to be able to buy everything in one collection at a one stop place.
I agree with Devra above me, If you were to add some solid cardstock (any brand) that you know to match a collection I am buying, that would be fab. I also typically order my sheet protectors online. I'd love to see the hybrid line that you are working with available in your shop. Then we could just copy you completely! LOL. I would agree that in expensive shipping would be great. Or perhaps an option for your monthly kit subscribers to add anything from the shop to that month's shipping for no additional shipping.
