Surprise contests here and on Facebook!

All we can think about right now is Saturday's Scrap-A-Palooza at Remington's, so we decided it was time for a couple of Palooza-related contests. You have two chances to win, since we're offering two contests -- one here, and one on our Facebook fan page. Leave a comment by midnight Friday in one or both places for the chance to win prize packages valued at $50 each.

The SG blog question...
Why would you recommend Scrap-A-Palooza to a friend?

To enter the other contest, follow this link: SG on Facebook.

It gives you the chance to do nothing but scrapbook ALL DAY LONG. No interruptions!!!!!! And all the product you could possibly need is right at your finger tips!

I would recommend, and have, the Scrap-A-Palooza to friends because of the opportunity to accomplish so much with our scrapbooks. The atmosphere of the palooza is just perfect for working, sharing and creating. The team at SG takes care of everything that could distract us from just scrapping the day away!

This is a great place to sit and relax and get time to make all those pages that you keep putting off. You can learn from others and see there creations. THis is a great place for beginners to learn.

I would highly recommend Scrapapalooza to anyone that is interested in paper crafting because it is a wonderful getaway, if only one day, to dedicate to our hobby. You leave feeling pampered and with a great sense of accomplishment. It's also nice getting the first look at new products in the mini store set up by Scrapbook Generation.

Heck yes I would, and I have. Now if we could only turn this into a 24 hour event.

Because it sounds amazing! Classes on the big screen, chocolate fountain and all the new paper lines! What more could a girl need!!!

Melanie said...

Definitely! I just wish I lived closer so I could attend!

This will be my first Scrap a Palooza but have already asked several to attend just because it sounds like it will be so much fun

I have recommended it several times because it's AWESOME!! It is such a fun environment and the radio station and SG people are so nice. You get all day to go at whatever pace you choose, get inspiration from others and shop all the newest goodies! The amount of supplies on hand is incredible and the demos/class on the big screen are great. Allison always shows us something new and creative to do w/ our supplies and the free make and takes are so cute..I always have to make sure I get to do them! Not to mention the great giveaways. I love it all!!

Sure I have recommended it and this will be my first time but I got all the info I needed from my daughter. I think the price is right. It's a good location with an on site store that rocks and wonderful teachers. It gives you time that you don't have at home. All my friends know about it because friends share everything--even embellishments!

Because where else can you spend the entire day accomplishing scrappy things while being able to shop, eat, have girl time AND get to participate in classes all day? It is so much fun! I can't wait!

I recommend SG very, very often! You all are talented, kind, patient, help us create quality lay-outs and cards, and honor God.

If I lived close enough, I would definitely go and recommend it to all my friends. Everything I have seen about it and heard about it sound awesome!

I've never attended the Scrap-a-palooza, but I think it would be fun to attend with my friends to have lots of fun and scrapbooking all time long!!!
And of course the opportunity to shop as well!

Because it's all-inclusive! You can bring your own friends and projects while Scrapbook Generation provides anything you may have forgotten (or just 'have' to have)with their fantastic on-site store. You don't have to leave to get meals and you can accomplish as much or as little as you'd like. Most of all, it's a great day with friends! Classes, mini classes and demos are provided during the day so you can even learn new things if you want!

I haven't been yet, but am excited to take my mom to the one in September. I have been watching for the tickets to go on sale. This sounds like an awesome girl time. Thanks for all the hard work you do to get ready for it and make it such a fun time for all.

I would recommend it because scrapbooking + chocolate fountain = AWESOME!

And I am a huge fan of Alison Davis's layouts and you get to make one at Scrap-A-Palooza.

I would recommend it as a great place to go to just soak up the inpsiration. (Not to mention the great layout classes, shopping, and time to crop.)

I've never been to one but already know that it would be amazing!! It would be great to meet all of you talented, generous scrapbookers!! The big screen demos would be fun and I know you would get a lot done and learn new things. Having a mini SG shop right there would be the icing on the cake and the goodies they giveaway. Did I mention the choclate fountain who doesn't like choclate. I hope to attend one of these days it's on my wish list.

Of course I would. Great fun.

It will be a day out scrapbooking with friends, learning new techniques, seeing new products, great food & prizes - This will be my first time, but these are all the reasons I am looking forward too.

I would recommend this to a friend to get the chance to get some awesome products that only the ones at the event get the chance to buy first. Plus, you always learn awesome tips and tricks from Allison. Can not forget the chocolate fountain either it is so stinkin awesome...with anything you could EVER imagine to dip in it. It is a fun time to get a group and hang out to shop, scrap and learn.

I am excited to spend time with my wonderful family and get great ideas from some very talented women.

Scrap-A-Palooza is a great way to get some uninterrupted Crop time. A LONG time, so you don't have to worry about trying to squeeze a layout into nap time! There is a good amount of crop space, and the lighting is great, and there are 200 other scrappers there to tell you which shade of blue looks best with your pictures!

I enjoy a Scrap=A-Palooza event for the new techniques we learn and getting to spend full filled day with my daughters and friend. We get a lot accomplished and eat a lot of good food. Thanks for the great time.
